Aylin Ismayilova joined MOWMC in August as the Community Outreach Coordinator, where she assists with development efforts and marketing strategies.
Aylin has found working at MOWMC to be a rewarding experience, as she enjoys collaborating with such a compassionate and dedicated team.
A graduate of Penn State University in 2023, Aylin holds a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Sociology. Her past experience includes working in customer service, small group facilitation in conflict resolution, and social media management.
In her free time, Aylin loves spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and listening to music at every opportunity.
